Cancellation Policy
We want the trial and subscription terms to be simple and predictable.
Effective August 1, 2026. Questions about these terms may be submitted through the contact form on our website.
During the 30-day trial
You may cancel before the end of your 30-day free trial to prevent the first $497 monthly subscription charge. Submit the cancellation request before the trial expiration shown in your Stripe subscription information.
After the trial
After the trial, the subscription renews monthly at $497 until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, charges already processed are nonrefundable.
How to cancel
Use the subscription-management option provided with your Stripe payment confirmation or submit a written request through the website contact form using the email address associated with the subscription. Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Access after cancellation
Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period. After access ends, automations, portals, and other configured functionality may stop operating. Customers are responsible for exporting any records they are entitled to retain before termination.
Implementation work
Configuration, custom work, or other separately purchased services are governed by their applicable order or agreement and may not be refundable after work has begun.
