These terms govern your purchase and use of Dental Billing Command Center. By enrolling, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service
Dental Billing Command Center is an operations and communication system configured for dental billing companies. Features may include client request workflows, employee assignments, internal communication, dashboards, automations, and guided implementation.
Subscription and free trial
The subscription is offered with a 30-day free trial followed by a recurring charge of $497 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. Stripe processes subscription payments.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate company and account information.
- Maintain appropriate access controls for employees and clients.
- Use the service lawfully and follow applicable privacy and healthcare requirements.
- Train users and promptly remove access for former employees or unauthorized individuals.
- Do not place protected health information in fields, forms, or communication channels not expressly designated and approved for that purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Configuration and third-party services
The Command Center may rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, communication providers, or integrations. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes made by those providers. Customer-specific requests outside the included setup may require separate scope and pricing.
No guarantee of financial results
The service is intended to improve organization, visibility, and workflow consistency. We do not guarantee claim payment, collections, revenue, regulatory compliance, employee performance, or any particular financial result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms as reasonably necessary. Either party may end the subscription according to the cancellation policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
